Eager to help a good cause, the De Rigo Rem staff were eager to attend the Summer 2022 Friends and Family sale. This sale is only open to De Rigo Rem staff as a company fundraiser to raise money for charity. This particular fundraiser was held to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Friends and Family sales have raised money for a host of local and national charities.

“Our company mission is to be a socially sustainable company, and the Friends and Family Sale allows us to give back to our employees and our community,” Human Resources Director, Doug Moore said about the sale.

Social responsibility is a core value at De Rigo Rem. From numerous fundraisers throughout the year, and donations to charities, social responsibility is always on the mind of senior leadership. In addition to fundraising and donations, each De Rigo Rem staff member is entitled to 20 hours of paid time off to volunteer at the charity of their choice per year.

De Rigo Rem also offers each employee a free eyewear frame each year. “Taking care of our people and our community is one of the pillars of our business. We strive to live our mission and this sale is just one of the ways we’re doing it,.” Doug Moore said.
